Agents provide the critical functions of servicing and monitoring for Indentura pools. For community managed pools, agents may also be responsible for executing fund deployment.

Agents may collect two types of fees on Indentura pools:

• Servicing Fees - Servicing fees based on total pool value, which fees are collected on a regularly scheduled basis
• Profit Share Fees - Profit share fees are collected based on yields the pool generates. Profit share fees are expressed aas a profit share above a certain yield threshold or on a overall basis.
